First Place 4 Health is a faith-based wellness program that addresses the whole person: physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional.
We study the Bible every day, memorize a Bible verse every week, write down what we eat every day, exercise regularly, and pray for each other.
The key to success in First Place is keeping Christ first in our lives. We can only achieve balance in every area of our life by putting our relationship with Jesus Christ first.
